*Alarm does not sound when flip cover close... need help

Using samsung tab 3 8.0 lte

The alarm won't sound with the flip cover on...*
cover that has wake up function*
it appear at notification without sound*
I even cover my phone with book the alarm still sound as usual, just the problem with the cover with wake up funtion?

I call samsung service center not helpful
go to service center, they ask me to install alarm apps... from play store (it work even I close my cover) but hate the advertisement and it wont goes off until I disabled .....
I just perfer the dafault alarm*

The solution is to leave the cover open after you set your alarm.

Alarm is meant to be your alarm clock, not a meeting notification, for that you would use your calendar. I use the Alarm App when I'm on vacation, I fold the cover open to use as a clock stand and set the alrm for a wakeup call......works great.

Other than that, you will have to use a 3rd party App.
