Help Alarm malfunctioning after Jellybean update

After the jellybean update, my alarm has been malfunctioning. It'll go off, and then immediately put itself on snooze. It only goes off for about 1 second before snoozing. I've tried restarting my phone before going to bed, just to make sure there aren't any apps running that are interfering with it, but it hasn't helped. Sometimes the alarm will function normally, but most of the time, it doesn't.

Is anybody else having this problem, and does anybody know what I can do to fix it?

I've had my alarm do this to me on occasion as well. What I find it's doing is auto snoozing. The alarm always goes off again, and the second time it stays on until I disable it. I have no idea what causes it though. It appears to be pretty random.

I had a malfunctioning alarm on a different phone. I read to install an alarm app from Google Play. I did, one day later uninstalled, and voila, my alarm was "right" again. Try it, it might work for you.
