Help Alarm options no longer available

Hi all,

I rely on the alarm clock feature of my S5 a lot, as I am so forgetful! But lately, when I try to add a new alarm, the only options available to set are the time, day(s), repeat weekly, alarm tone and snooze on/off. Last week, I was able to also set the options for alarm type, volume, smart alarm and Name. "Name" being the most crucial, as I have so many alarms! Does anyone have any idea why these options are all of a sudden unavailable?

I suggest that you try out Alarm Clock Plus, it is a better featured alarm app and has so many options available.

It is far better than the OEM alarm app.

That is strange. I have alarm type, alarm tone, snooze, smart alarm and name. I assume you have tried a restart of the phone? I am like you and need reminders and use the name feature. I find this one built in simple and does what I need so myself don't want anything with more bells and whistles. I have no clue what would have made those disappear. I would take it in to your provider and see if someone has a suggestion. Mary
