I bought a new Blackview 6000s with Android 7 OS, and I've found my phone alarms sometimes or never work. Most frequently, the alarm will ring the first time and then it won't ring again when I use snooze, with the vibration always working. I've turned silence options off, and it hasn't changed anything. This is the case with all of the clock and alarm apps I have installed and used. They will sometimes work fine the first time but then have the same problems. Sometimes the alarm doesn't ring at all, and sometimes it rings much more quietly than I set it for. Usually, when the phone doesn't ring, it instead plays loud white noise.
I can only assume this spotty performance has something to do with the Android 7 OS or my Blackview 6000s software, but I'm not sure what the actual issue is or the solution.
