Apps Alarm & Timer - Config File ?

For the stock Android Alarm & Timer app, I'd like to change the default timer from 30 minutes to 15 minutes. Is this 30 minutes located in a config file I can edit?

Not sure but the way to find out would be to poke around and try to find the alarm source code files from the git repository on kernel.org

Proabably somewhere in platform/packages/apps

It's also a good idea to learn how to find stuff in there. Lots of features are undocumented or documented incorrectly. And finding the answer to a particularly-difficult-to-solve bug, can sometimes be right in the source files of the OS itself.
