Alarm When Fully Charged

Can anyone please tell me how to turn off the fully charged alarm. I was woken up in the middle of the night last night when it charged up

On a stock rom I suspect the battery alarm is hard wired and uses the default message sounds.

I don't think that can be done in a device running stock firmware, could be done if its rooted though.
Apart from that, i would advice you never to leave the battery charging over night, you are only killing your battery.
