Alarm when receiving a notification

Is there any app that lets you set an alarm to go off when you get a notification (such as an e-mail or text). I don't get many text at night, so those that I do I would like to see. An alarm isn't necessarily what I need, but I need something to notify me more that once. This is the one thing I miss from my RAZR. Any suggestions?

You can use SMS popup or Handcent SMS they will both provide repeating notifications for texts.

For emails maybe Gmail Notifier or something like that.

Missed Call is another app that would fit the description. This allows you to set reminders, ring tones and LED colors on a contact by contact basis. You can create a setting for all sms or mms in general. It's a very handy app.
