Alarm with headphones

When my alarm goes off with my bluetooth headphones on, it goes through the headphones AND through the phone speaker. I don't want the alarm to sound through the speaker when I'm wearing headphones but I don't see how to turn it off. I don't recall having this issue with my S7.

Suggestions?

Head to settings > sound > separate app sounds, there should be an option to change it there.
