Help Alarm won't sound

I have a HTC Magic with Rogers firmware, and am having problems with the alarm not going off in the morning. I have tried multiple approaches to try to fix it including unplugging the phone from wall, calling my voicemail and then hanging up (suggested on android support), as well as restoring to original settings. The alarm sounded on the first day I got the phone, but has never went off since. Has anyone had a similar issue?

I think it has to do with the Rogers rom, but is there any workaround?

Interesting, I had an issue on Tuesday and was late for work, but it worked on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I hope it was a one time issue for me.

Do you have multiple alarms set?
I did and found that the phone will not alarm.
Turned 2 of so i only had 1, and it went of the next morning.
Still keeping my work phone with me for a while though.
