Hi All
Im Brand new to Andriod Just got a HTC Desire HD last week, i have managed to import all my Music files from pc and have used Cover Art Grabber to get all the Album art which works well with the musice player but then i found Mortplayer which i think is great because of the folders to set my music up but i dont know how to get it to use the album art i have already got.
can anyone help please
Thanks Joel

Is the album art jpg embedded into each mp3? Or is it just associated with each mp3? Your album art should always be embedded into each mp3's id3 tag, that way every player will have access to the art.

iTunes doesn't add the album art into the music file. It saves it in a separate database.

Works fine on your Apple stuff, but if you use the music file elsewhere, it won't have any artwork.

Marvin, I haven't had any trouble getting the album art from my Itunes files. Instead of going right to the song to download, I just stop at the folder that has the artist name or the folder with the album. It has always sent the art with the file. I am using a Captivate so I don't know if that will work on your phone.

Hope that helps.

I think I was not clear, sorry. Blame it on Apple for using the same name for their software as for their marketplace:

1) If you buy music from the iTunes Store, it will already have the album art embedded into the file

2) If you import music into the iTunes software that does not have art (e.g. ripped from a CD) , iTunes will automatically search for the artwork online and import it into iTunes. However, in this case, the artwork is stored in a separate database and not embedded into the music file.
