Album Covers

So recently a lot of my album covers have been changed. It is really irritating because I will be listening to the Rolling Stones or The Doors and it shows a womans butt. Yes, a womans butt. One of my album covers is that and somehow it changed most of mine to that one. Is there any way to fix this? Before you say to, I have already used an album art grabber type application, well 3 actually. And they fix it but they do not get all my albums.
