album help

i have loaded my new desre s with about 4gb of music but i cannot seem to select an album to play. every trac seems to be separate all the album info is there cover etc. i just want to be able to select one album and play all the tracks on it
can anyone help

How are you selecting the songs, via a music app or a file manager? What music app are you using to play the songs? The stock music app will let you just select one album, as long as all the id3 tags are correct with all your mp3's

i'm using the htc one that is on the phone, and as far as i know all the tags are there as i can access the album info etc, it seems all the songs on one album are listed as separate tracks for some reason i cannot for eg select album1 they are all separate tracs and not grouped together

Then it sounds like those tracks dont have the correct Album id3 tag, or none at all.
