What's your thoughts about Alcatel coming back in the market? They have this alcatel 3x 2019 as a budget phone with good specs.

What's your thoughts about Alcatel coming back in the market?

When did they go away from the market? Alcatel phones are actually made by TCL. And quite frankly I'm rarely excited about budget China phones.
