Alcatel Fierce 2 constantly rebooting.

I'm currently experiencing some severe problems with my phone, after purchasing it and using it for 2 days, it has come to my attention that my phone reboots at anytime without any explanation.
  • If I play a game and it reboots, I lose all my data from the app.
  • If the phone reboots at the launcher/custom launcher, it loses all data from the launcher.
  • If the phone reboots at the bloody startup splash screen, it will most likely freak out and not boot up unless removed the battery or sent it to emergency mode. (Not safe mode, Volume up and lock button).
  • Notification menu also has a bug in which the quick settings logo disappears or clips through the interface.
  • The launcher pre-bundled actually crashes the phone at times.
  • Google PlayStore "crashes" while download, but it still works.
I hope anyone can help me, since I sent the phone to MetroPCS and they've figure out that the Androidify app was the problem. *They don't know bleap and didn't help remove it*.

Resetting the phone didn't help, and I cannot currently exchange it with another phone unless 50 days have passed. *Or pay the original price of the bloody phone which is about $150 dollars as penalty*

I await anybody's response, this is getting tedious and I need my phone fully functional, and no its not rooted and cleared my cache billions times.

Hell, I even installed CCleaner.

Thank you for your time and effort.

Sorry to hear about the problems you've had with the Fierce 2. Sounds like you may have a defective unit. I've had mine for a few weeks now and other than the occasionally cut off quick settings icon, the phone has been excellent. I'm surprised the Metro store is making you wait more than a month and a half to exchange it. I mean it's not like you're returning it simply to take your business elsewhere. It's defective for crying out loud!

For now, the phone is starting to work normally. Still thinks that the playstore is malfunctioning though.

I've noticed that..whenever the phone wants to..it just reboots..this is my second one..and the first one was worse..but it still does it!

I have the same phone and it occasionally reboots spontaneously. I can't see what would be causing it. My internal memory is nearly full so maybe it's related to that, a memory leak?

Hmm, maybe. How much internal free space do you have left?

Not much, in fact I had an update notification that said "no space". I think I have 1.7 or 1.8 gb used of 2GB.

The phone does not use the SDCARD efficiently.

I think that is something new with Kitkat, before, if you put an SDCard in your phone it was used a lot by the system. They may have screwed that up as of late.

I used to tell android users "never use an android phone without an SDCARD in it". Now, not much of an advantage putting an SDCARD in there.
