My husband's Alcatel fierce 4 will not download nothing .and the notification bar does not come down or show nothing .. it's the second exact phone that has done the same exact thing .in the same amount of time of him having them . He got him another one after the first time .and now this one done the same thing .what can we do to fix that ???
