Help Alcatel One Touch Lag Problem.

Hey guys and girls. Ive been trying to enjoy this phone but its been having a problem with my phone being a lag, when it comes down using google websites,you tube,apps etc..

Ive had this phone for two weeks and been trying to fix it. I Kinda expected this phone to be the one!

I Have
moved everything to My SD Card
Disable and uninstall apps that i don't need
Factory reset.

The lag continues to come back.

Is there some else missing?

(Note: I got this phone from a retail store,that selled plane tickets)

Any tip will be great.

Ok i fixed my lag phone by root. and deleting unnecessary built in apps. and free space of memory.
