People i have alcatel onetocuh tab 7 dual core (Not HD one, and not evo)

It has rockchip RC2928
When I turn it on it gets stuck at alcatel logo. When I enter recevoery mode with power + volume up, I go to wipedata/factory reset it freezes at beginning of reseting. And every time same happens.
I spent 5 days trying to fix it.
1) I tried all kind of unbrick tools and software like odin and similar
2) I tried to find rom/firmware for my tablet, but I could not find one online.
3) I tried installing UBEROID but no luck, tablet didn't try to boot anything from sd card, it just gets stuck at alcatel logo
I also could not find drivers for my tab for windows7 64bit ( or any other windows) so all those tools for unfricking and upgrading and flashing could not help me because my tab was not recognies
My device manager has MPC with ! ssaying that driver is missing. All my attempts with driver installation failed, it just says driver is up to date (makes no sense)
Can someone please help me, find me some drivers, rom or some uberoid version that could work, or anything
