How can I update the android software on the handset Alcatel ot 980 so I can get whatsapps, viber, Skype, voxer etc. Please help as this is urgent
 
Do you have access to the Google Play store?
Have you tried downloading theose apps from the Play Store?
What fault do you get when you try to download them?
