Help ALHN Wireless Networks

I have noticed that whether I am at home or away, I often see Wifi Networks near me that begin with ALHN and are followed by four digits (e.g. ALHN-0943). Sometimes there are several of them within reach. I have researched what kind of netowrk this is with no results. Does anyone know?

Sounds like the default SSIDs for a certain type of WiFi router, like could be from a local cable company or telco in your area?
