Help All apps have stopped working

So Ive got an HTC Desire 320 and it seems to be crashing or something, the phone itself isnt even that old (a few months or so) and whenever I turn on the phone I get hounded by "____ app has stopped working". I get several of these fired at me in rapid succession and sometimes it just shuts itself down.

I have uninstalled all added apps, cleared google play cache and data and even done several factory resets which in itself seem to do nothing.

The most prominent "not working" apps that show up are the HTC Blinkfeed, google play and the Drive app opens itself up randomly.

Any help?

Have you tried reformatting your SD card?

Remove and re-seat your sim (if user accessible)?

Try doing a hard reset with recovery mod.If it does not work try flasing a new rom.This error also happens to me i mean even factory reset wont work but my one is a different error.There must be an error in the root file but try flashing rom.I did not try that yet because i am waiting answers in the forum.
