All black MXQ boxes ( need a little help )

Got 3 mxq boxes 2 with solid blue light no recovery ect and 1 with red light no recovery

Tryed connecting to laptop using the
Usb burning tool laptop says unreconized device

All drivers ect are installed
Pics of the boards are below


Any help would be good been trying to fix these for 2 months now lol
