All call are not accepting my phone ( A-25)

I have purchase A-25 Smarty 1 and 1/2 years back but now I am facing problem that all call are not accepting. 10-15 person call me in my another phone and complained that I am disconnecting their after one ringing. But I am not hetting any miscall. What is the problem ?? six month back it was happend but after : Factory setting of my phone" it was resolved. Bur it is not possible to factory setting everytime. So plz let me the soulution.
