Device: Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos

My ex picked this phone up for me on my dime of course and I believe she has been using it to track/harrass me.
It has got to the point that I am losing work, and sleep over it. What can I look for and hiw can I get rid of something like this.
If I factory reboot it says it has applied update from init.
I cannot search certain areas of the internet it has redirects
My laptop r.I.p. and my desktop have signs of running a client framework os as well.
I am an expecting father with not enough money to take my devices in. No help from the authorities as of yet. And I like many if you rely upon technology to make a buck but I cant do that untill someone can help me make sense of this.

I also noticed tons of open source legal bs ....bootloader.. fake wlan...about 300 things
