Help All media disappeared

Although files still exists in internal and external memories, media wont show up in gallery, music player, etc.

* I have not downloaded recent apps
* New media taken by camera app and screenshots is shown in gallery
* New media downloaded from web doesnt shown
* I have unmounted and removed sdcard and nothing changes

So any idea to get my old media back in gallery??

It sounds like you've got a bum SD card. It's happened to me as well.

I have unmounted the sd card and check gallery hopping it would display internal memory media but it didnt
so, sd card is not the problem

What actual "media downloaded from web" is it, movies, images, songs?

Bare in mind anything that's pirated, like torrent downloads, we can't assist with, forum rules and DMCA. AF is a US site.

Its not about downloads content
I need help in solving my media wont be scanned by gallery app...

Downloading(any photo or video) doesnt shows in gallery while new camera photos shows...

Any help??!

I think camera app trigger media scanner when saving photo so it shows but browser didnt
Then, how can I refresh media scanner to rescan my media??!
