I use a Multilaser Smartphone MS45s (a Brazilian brand) with Android 5.1, and for some time now it has this problem. At least three times a day, Whatsapp contacts "go out", the conversations are still there, but without the names of the contacts, and at the same time, the cell phone is very slow, and the battery falls faster. More or less between 5 and 10 minutes it returns to normal. Has anyone been through this or do you have any idea?
