A new GFXBench database entry could give us a look at some hardware specs of the 2017 Galaxy J3. If true, the device will have a 5" 720p display, Snapdragon 425 SoC, 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 5MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow installed out of the box.
