"Allow My Account to turn on wifi", message

Hello. I'm new to using forums so, if my etiquette is a little off, please forgive me.
I've had this problem going on now for about a week now, and was wondering if anyone can share their thoughts on a solution to fix it. I've tried everything I possibly could, within my settings but, nothing has been taking care of the matter.
My question is, how do I stop this message (please see attachment) from popping up, every time I go to look at my phone? Thank you.

Yes. I uninstalled a lot of useless app which I had on my phone. The one app that really hit home was, "Straighttalk". After that, no more problems.
