how do you use AllShare?

I just want to make sure I understood correctly - there is no way I can see my galaxy s3 on a PC screen?

in details: my mom has a Galaxy s3
we are now a continent apart .. but I want to help her trouble shoot .. etc ..

Once Samsung Galaxy S4 screen mirroring is turned on, Galaxy S4 will then scan for available devices that support Miracast within the range. Tap that device to connect to it following the on-screen instructions.
