I have almost 5 years flashing, customizing and messing with android!

Two or one year ago I remember that I was using a honeycomb tablet. it was awful! I didn't have support for so many apps! One year ago I found icsand flashed it with odin, then jellybean. Four-3/4 -two 1/2 years ago I loved my tablet. I found something called [moderator redacted]. Play many games that were paid for free. Oh well. My cousin had the same tablet and he wanted a lot of stuff and he didn't have enough space.It was fun. Two years ago I also got my s5 after my tablet broke. It was so cool. Lolipop? material design? I was like wth? but people had lolipop since the end of 2014. Then my s5 went trough a lot, flashing, xposed bootloops, and much more. until march 2018. Then I said ''I'm Bored of my phone''
in my mind. I'm now looking for a new phone. I now have the two tablet still here, mostly for nostalgia but also rarely for actual use.

I have done a lot of modding of my phones over the years. Particularly the original Desire, which because of its limited storage really benefitted from some serious modification: certainly the most stressful thing I've done was flashing a bootloader that I'd just edited myself to adjust the partitioning of the internal storage (because if you screw the bootloader up the phone really is hard-bricked unless you have a JTAG rig, and the file I was flashing was by definition untested). But as time goes on I've found less and less need, and my current phone is still stock.

By the way, the forum rules forbid discussion of piracy ( "paid games for free"). The repository you name is also infamous as a source of malware infections, so I'd strongly disrecommend it anyway.

I remember when Napster was a thing and my nephew was downloading tracks all over the place. He was probably 12 at the time and I tried to explain how that was stealing to his mother (who is a Catholic School teacher) and the reaction I got was "it must be okay because the let me do it."

That's like saying my neighbor left his door open so it's okay if I go take his TV. *sigh*

Neither is okay.

Anyway ... I had my Nexus One for six months or so before I rooted it. That was 8 years ago. I've rooted and modded many a device since then, but my daily driver is still stock. I really haven't felt the need to root for the last couple of years and only do it now with older or low-end devices.

That was a while ago. I don't use it anymore.
