With no Sprint store on Kauai, I had to set up and configure my HTC EVO 4G LTE phone using phone support. Worked out well and I learned lots. I couldn't get the pinch-expand to work on all sites in the browser (like on google.com) and called Sprint support four times with no success. Finally figured out I had to turn on the first accessibility item in the browser preferences, now zoom and expand work on all pages.
I love this new phone, planning on getting one for my wife when they become available later this month. And I hope Jelly Bean will be available soon.
