Help Alpha numeric keypad is not visible in my Samsung Galaxy Ace

Hi,

Hope somebody can help me with this:

Alpha numeric keypad is not visible in a Samsung Galaxy ACE device model GT-S5830L Android version 2.2.2, I can write but no keypad image is shown.

Any clues?

Hi,
You're right. You have to select that manually. Go to Settings, Locale and text, Select input method to Samsung keypad, then - also within Locale and text - select Samsung keypad settings, on top of that screen "Portrait keypad types" and select the 3x4 keypad.
