I found this picture on a website but I could not find any more information about what it was. I was hoping someone here could possibly help me out and give me the name of this theme/whatever information is necessary to get it. Thanks.

after a bit of searching (and the help of good ol' Google Translate), it looks like that's a Japanese special edition Sharp SH-06D with an Evangelion (anime) skin that's only going to be on that phone. Looks like you're probably out of luck unless you buy that phone - sorry.
