Help Alt-Tab functionality

I made a mistake by updating to 5.0.2 The issue I will address here is the one that is the most frustrating as it affects my ability to get homework done on the go. Normally, I am able to press Alt-tab to quickly switch between programs using my bluetooth keyboard. I had the ability to cycle through all the open programs and if I missed it I could circle back around. Now, I can only cycle to end of the list of the programs. Of course, when I stop there it selects that program instead of the one I need. Then I have to go back in twice to get it set up to where I can alt-tab back and forth quickly between the two selected programs. Is there any fix for this? Is there any way for me to go back to the previous Android version? Very frustrated by this and other changes such as the power button volume silence control being taken away from my phone and tablet. My productivity has measurably decreased since doing the update.

You might be able to revert back, but that depends entirely on which device you own.
