Alternative to Flygrip?

I've had a flygrip for a couple years now. The first type that snapped into place worked well. The new magnet version was so nice until it started getting wiggly and opening on it's own. I tried to change cases and the magnet fell off. I super glued it back on, but the thing is having issues staying closed.

So.... I'm on the search for something else. What would everyone recommend? Such a small market I'm not even sure what to google to find stuff!

Wow! You found many more options than I did today! I've been searching for hours. :) I just ordered the $2 bunker ring knock off. I'll work my way around from there! I can't thank you enough for compiling that list :)

JAJameson,
Flygrip offers a full 1 year warranty.
If you have a problem with your Flygrip, just email us at info@flygrip.com and we will take care of you. Shipping and handling is paid by us.

We state our Warranty on our website and on the confirmation emails.
We never let any one of our users high and dry.

Thanks
FLYGRIP

Thanks FlyGrip! I did sent you an email earlier today. :) I did not know about the 1 yr warranty though.

After looking at all the options though I think they will frustrate me since I've been using the flygrip for so long. I've been spoiled. I am interested in the bunker ring... but the restriction of the sideways hold I think will irritate me. Worth a try though for the $4!

I did review of that bunker ring on another website (I mirror all my review on XDA-Dev): xda-developers - View Single Post - Almost "real" Defender and Survivor cases for Note2

It definitely works and you can rotate it any way you want to. Of course, for $2-$4 I don't know how long it will last, though looked solid to me. One thing with bunker ring - it has a sticky gel pad that attaches to any surface and can be removed and re-used (just wash under warm water). It's convenient, but at the same time FlyGrip with its double sided 3M tape is a more secure solution, although you will not be able to easily switch it from one case to another. Like I said, you got a lot of options. Definitely get a replacement under warranty from FlyGrip, and come back with your impressions of bunker ring.

Thanks so much I'll check out that link :)

I did get a replacement. The Flygrip CS is really awesome! Even though I think I might have messed the fly grip up by using the superglue to put the metal part back on. Ops...

The whole removable and reusable thing has be a bit worried about the strength. For the $4 it will be an interesting thing to try! I think I'm not going to like anything as much as the fly grip though. I am a phone case hopper so already have a stockpile of the 3M replacement flygrip stuff from over the past year.
