Always looking for a color shifting camera...

Much like open camera's option does, and also cartoon film too, but I want an app that does every color tint ever imaginable so I can photograph everything in different colors without crashing the app, and take a huge creative outlook to it as well. Keep in mind not looking for after photographs, I am looking for a live feed so I can photograph it and have it on my gallery.
 
Also found Pixita both phone and gallery, still a wide range of photographs to image :)
