always on mobile data

hello people i just wanted to ask how do i enable always on mobile data on htc one x because im having some whatsapp and email delays or is it another option that is making the delay? thanks alot anyway

Isn't it always on if you move that little button. Under your settings. Btw look on this sub forum for email issues, hotmail is being troublesome lately, you are not alone if this is your problem.

I've been having the same problem with whatsapp it just doesn't seem to push the message real time, if I open the app I will then receive the message.
