+always same internet address

When I click on an internet address sent to me by somebody in a whatsapp always the same website pops up which is not the website of the address sent to me. My smartphone is a Huawei P9 lite with Android 7.0
Anybody an idea how to solve this problem?
 
You've probably got too many browser windows open and it's opening the last one it can.

When you open your browser by itself, what pops up? The same web page?
