Last night my wallpaper changed by itself and I found five downloads I didn't do labeled bg_circles.png from localeyesite.com. anyone know what this could be?

This might be a push notification from an installed application. Usually, this is the case. Check through the list of your most recent installed apps. You might wanna uninstall the ones that you really don't need or use on a daily basis.
