Root am I screwed?

Okay I rooted and unlocked my phone, it was messing up on me so I needed to take it in for repairs, so I relocked it after uninstalling the root, and now my HBOOT is at 1.5 and says Security Warning in HBOOT and I cannot unlock it again, am I screwed, if not how do I fix this?

i would repeat the htc process to unlock the boot loader. try another unlock bin and see if that unlocks it. sounds like updates or changes were made to your original boot loader.
