Amazon AppStore Apps, over Market Apps?

Might be a stupid question, but:
I have Angry Birds and Angry Birds Seasons that I got for free from the Android Market.
I have made quite a lot of progress, but would like to get the paid (ad-free) versions from the Amazon AppStore. If I do this, will my progress be lost?


EDIT: Answered my own question. My progress was NOT lost.
