I just calculated approx how much I've saved on shipping alone, thanks to my Prime Membership, it's mind boggling. If they raise the annual fee to $100 it'll still pay for itself in less than one month. Taking the discounts they offer on so many brand name products into consideration, my annual savings is nearly unbelievable.

My brother has an Amazon buying addiction. He's going on a limb buying things that he doesn't need.
You guys have to remember that more and more Amazon warehouses are coming online. Filled with new employees. They just don't have the experience. I've never heard of them not making things right.
I got a broken water bottle on Monday, the replacement was here on Wednesday. Another time I ordered some electronics from a seller on Amazon. The seller said it was new and it wasn't. I contacted Amazon, didn't even ask for this, they said keep it and here's a refund.

Wow. That's great. Amazon does have like the best customer care.
They have the customer service that you want without asking for it. Because of that when replacing all the stuff in my apartment as much as possible well go through Amazon.
Something to keep in mind when you have Prime is that sometimes there are non-Prime choices that cost less. In other words, you need to NOT filter by Prime when you're trying to find the best price/deal on a particular item.
If you're only looking at Prime products, you may end up paying more. There might be a non-Prime choice that, even with its shipping added, costs less than the Prime choice.
There are also a lot of free shipping offers on non-Prime products, but you won't see them if you filter by Prime.
