amber alert

i have the att samsung galaxy s3 and cant figure out where the amber alert is located
 
Welcome to the guest questions forum.

The amber alert is loated in your stock text messaging app.
If you go under setting and scroll to the bottom,, you will see Emergencyalerts. Select Emergency Alerts and uncheck Amber alerts. Voila.
