Ambiant noise

my customers are very much disturbed by background noice such as traffic people wind.... my android is a Samsung sm-G313MU that does not has build-in noice reduction. How can I overcome this problem ? I am not bothered, only my customers are and my job is mainly outside no way to talk to them in a quite place. Is they any headset if possible with cordon I do not like blutooth. Any other solution welcome. thanks a lot.

You can try using a headset that is designed to block the noises out. There are plenty that will plug in. I have used Mybeats (I think that is what they are called) and the mic on that was decent at blocking out background noise. Do a few searches on Amazon. You will be able to see in the reviews if they did what they said.
