Help Ambient light sensor, On or Off?

Seems to be a very hot topic, and while I don't have a 360, I'm curious to hear others' use cases.
Do you leave yours on or off? Are you finding a positive or negative effect on battery life?

I leave mine off. If you leave it on battery will drain faster.

I leave my ambient light sensor on, because then the screen can stay as bright or dim as it needs based on ambient lighting conditions.

I leave "ambient mode" off since there's no reason for the watch to show anything if I'm not looking at it. Maybe if it was an OLED screen, but with an LCD that just seems silly.
