AMLogic S805 - Ethernet Port not working

Just setup device. Ethernet port does not recognize cable. Will not setup IP. Any solutions?

Yes, network is fine. Simply moved cable from xbox to this device. No light at port.

As you say, Is likely to be the tv box hardware has been damaged
