There are a million web-based task managers out there, but my favorite has long been Todoist -- it's got a clean and fast interface and a very strong feature set, including the ability to create subtasks and subprojects.
But there was no Android app for it, so a friend and I have created one: TodoistDroid was released to the Android Market today. Version 1.0 has most of the core features of the website, and we'll have additional enhancements on the way soon. (Version 1.0 requires a live data connection, but 2.0 enable full offline access.)

There's also a TodoistDroid Google Group for comments, suggestions, and bug reports.
