An app which only downloads data when finds Wifi?

Is there an app which, when data and 3G is switched off, will search for Wifi networks and then download data when it finds either a free Wifi connection or one selected that it knows how to access?

As per my previous thread, ideal for international roaming.

This wifi-only option exists in G-Backup Full, but that's strictly for backing up the call log, sms, mms, pics and/or videos to gmail.
