I reset my phone because of bad connection and dropped calls now i get this message when trying to resign in to motoblur. but i still recieve and can view text messages. how can i sign into motoblur, it wont let me acess the phone without doing this.

1) This is NOT a support site for whomever is your carrier. We are all just users of these phones.

2) Not all of us use whatever carrier you are using. Each carrier has modified the phone differently. For example, I'm on Republic Wireless which uses the Defy XT and I don't see a place to log into MotoBlur. Didn't know you could.

3) We almost certainly don't sit there to answer questions in under 20 minutes from posting. Most of us log in once a day. And again, we're just users like you.

4) Your attitude needs to change if you expect anyone to want to bother helping you.

I suggest you contact your carrier for assistance while you wait for someone to generously offer their experience/knowledge to you.

FTR, there is no need to get snarky if no ones responds, might simply be a traffic issue for this device, or members simply don't have an answer. An attitude like that would get you anymore responses. Your post we removed and a member has offered some advice.

My Defy XT doesn't have MOTOBLUR, so I just did a normal Google search for info. You probably already have tried changing (and/or resetting) your password. But in case not, here's the instructions I found on Motorola's website:
