Help An Error Occurred, Can't play video.

I'm using the Galaxy Note 5, Which was running on Lollipop 6.0.1 perfectly. Last week I got the official update Of Nougat 7.0. I updated my phone since then there's an error playing videos anywhere (Facebook,YouTube,Gallery) etc. Restarting my device gives me some time to watch videos then again the same problem? Solution?

I did Reset Apps Preferences and it worked for some time. HELP!!!

why not use a third-party video player like VLC or Mx player instead?
