I am looking to create a simple application for Android, that would use my database from website Gayinfospain.com and would feature a GPS listing of gay bars and hotels in Spain. Does anyone know if there are good and easy to follow builder sites? I mean like WYSIWYG for websites..

Unfortunately, there are no "easy" or "wysiwyg" app builders (that I have ever heard of); the only way is to make Java programs in Eclipse, which requires programming skills.
And for your idea, it does not sound very easy to make.
...but! There are already lots of shop-locating apps out there (such as Layar and Places), but there are more gay-centric apps such as Bars & Clubs -- I would suggest contacting the developer of that app to add your local listings.
